Breaded pork loins with goat cheese and caramelized onions

- Goat cheese
- Caramelized onion
- Flour

Elaboration
- STEP 01: Slice the loin and the goat cheese.
- STEP 02: Open the slices of loin in half, placing inside the goat cheese and the caramelized onion.
- STEP 03: Close the loin and dip it into flour, beaten egg and finally breadcrumbs. You can make more layers (as you prefer).
- STEP 04: Next, fry the loins in olive oil. Better in small batches to avoid lowering the temperature of the oil excessively.
- STEP 05: Finally, remove the loins and put it in a tray with kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil and serve.
