Breaded pork loins with goat cheese and caramelized onions

Salty, sweet and with a crunchy layer that envelops the juicy interior. This breaded loin is a scrumptious appetizer that is whipped up in minutes and devoured in seconds.


    • Batallé el Único's Loin
    • Goat cheese
    • Caramelized onion
    • Flour
    • Egg
    • Breadcrumbs
    • Black pepper
    • Salt


  • STEP 01: Slice the loin and the goat cheese.
  • STEP 02: Open the slices of loin in half, placing inside the goat cheese and the caramelized onion.
  • STEP 03: Close the loin and dip it into flour, beaten egg and finally breadcrumbs. You can make more layers (as you prefer).
  • STEP 04: Next, fry the loins in olive oil. Better in small batches to avoid lowering the temperature of the oil excessively.
  • STEP 05: Finally, remove the loins and put it in a tray with kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil and serve.
